Alternative Group Insurance Solutions
  • Individual coverage: Employers can choose to offer their employees individual coverage in lieu of group coverage. Choose from deductible options between $500 up to $5,000. If you are interested click here or call the Willis Administrative Service Center.
  • Carve-out coverage: For members who want to cover salaried employees with comprehensive coverage and hourly employees with basic limited benefit coverage. You must have over 50 employees to qualify.
  • Basic limited benefit coverage: Primarily for companies that don't provide regular benefits or for hourly employees. GHBA Benefits Program members are not required to meet normal underwriting and enrollment requirements to arrange this coverage for their employees. No rate-ups, the costs are $102 per month for employee coverage and $361 for full family coverage. For more information, click here.
