- Small Group Coverage: Companies with 2-50 employees receive preferred pricing on fully insured plans. There are 23 benefit plans to choose from; HMO, PPO and Health Saving's Accounts. All plans include Aetna's value added benefits including Vision discounts, Fitness, Women's Health, Alternative Health Care and Disease Management. User friendly online tools allow members to view and update member information, access benefits and network providers, view claims status and obtain Wellness Program and Simple Steps.
- Mid-size Group coverage: Preferred pricing for groups with 50-300 employees. As well as access to a variety of value added services for you and your employees, such as systems to keep you up to date on federal mandates, services to better educate employees, and access to Aetna's Wellness Program and Simple Steps.
- Large Group coverage: Preferred pricing on either fully insured or self-funded basis for organizations with more than 300 employees. Access to a variety of value added services, such as systems to keep you up to date on federal mandates, high level claims analysis tools, services to better educate employees and access to Aetna's Wellness Program and Simple Steps.
- Carve-out coverage: For members who want to cover salaried employees with comprehensive coverage and hourly employees with basic coverage. You must have over 50 employees to qualify. For more information click here.
